Rutherford County Emergency Medical Service (RCEMS) had eight employees complete paramedic training and receive certification.  

Rutherford County – TN (09/07/2023) Rutherford County Correctional Work Center Superintendent William Cope announced Wednesday, September 6, 2023, that the Correctional Work Center has attained a new accreditation through the Tennessee Corrections Institute that will help to reduce offender recidivism and increase state funding to the facility.

Rutherford County - TN (08/08/2023) The Rutherford Opioid Board (ROB) awarded funds to seven organizations that support and provide services to combat the opioid epidemic within Rutherford County, TN. The funds are a part of the $26 billion National Opioid Settlement.
